Senior Analytics Engineer

I work as an Analytics Engineer, leveraging AWS, Amazon QuickSight, and advanced data visualization techniques to deliver actionable insights. I combine data engineering with storytelling to effectively communicate complex analyses to stakeholders. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and occasionally take on responsibilities related to infrastructure and data workflows. Using advanced analytical tools, I drive business growth and performance improvements with measurable results.
From data modeling to dashboards, I’m responsible for delivering and translating data to the marketing/business team. I participated in building data pipelines that resulted in impactful reports. I also created a self-service bi dashboard that, through its reuse, helped reduce our backlog by 50% over an entire quarter.
I developed leadership skills through internal training and by mentoring interns and newcomers in using the AWS ecosystem and building end-to-end projects to drive data-driven decisions and insights for the business team.

I led a data cleaning project to refine information used for dialing and messaging and also developed data engineering processes to cluster customers for commercial campaigns and CRM. I coordinated automated data workflows using Airflow and implemented pipeline enhancements for performance measurement. I designed data architectures for campaign execution, link tracking via Google Analytics, and optimized operational performance. Additionally, I conducted A/B tests and generated reports to optimize ROI and campaign conversion rates.

Outside of my professional life in data, I spend most of my time outdoors with my wife and two daughters, enjoying nature or engaging in sports. I also have a passion for traveling, exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and discovering unique gastronomy.

When indoors, I enjoy playing video games, particularly racing simulators. My wife and I also love dedicating our free time to discovering new movies and TV shows, making it a shared passion that keeps us entertained and connected.
